4. Orders and Payment Terms

3. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information
4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud

• Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached

2. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Securely package the item with the RMA number visible on the package
4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
5. Once received and inspected (within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund or exchange

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return approval:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
