Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Shipping to Asia and certain remote regions may not be available.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit and style is a personal journey. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same care and refinement as our collections.
Policy Overview
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
Final Sale Items
Due to the delicate, personalized, or hygienic nature of certain items, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bridal Gowns & Beaded Gowns: These garments are often made-to-order or feature intricate hand-beading and detailing.
- Earrings & Accessories: For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings and intimate accessories are final sale.
- 3D Floral & Feathers Items: Pieces with elaborate 3D appliqués, floral details, or feather embellishments are exceptionally delicate and non-returnable.
- Glitter Gowns: Due to the specialized nature of glitter fabrics which can shed during transit.
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on its product page.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return/exchange
- For exchanges: Your desired new item, size, and color (subject to availability)
2 Receive Instructions & Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
3 Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

4 Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email.
- For Returns: Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- For Exchanges: We will ship your new item to you promptly. If the new item is of a different value, a price adjustment will be processed via refund or additional charge.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we approve your return. The timing for the credit to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item to your region.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
