We strive for a perfect fit. Our Fitted styles are designed to be form-hugging and precise, while our A-Line silhouettes offer a more forgiving and classic fit. Detailed size charts are provided on each product page. For styles with unique details like Cut-Outs or Feathers, we recommend reviewing the specific product measurements.
How do I care for my Alamour garment, especially delicate items with beading or feathers?
Each piece comes with specific care instructions. As a general rule, garments with intricate Beading, 3D Floral, or Feathers should be handled with care. We recommend professional dry cleaning for gowns and formalwear to preserve their beauty. For simpler daywear, please follow the label instructions.

Where do you ship from, and what are my shipping options?
All our Curated Elegance is lovingly packaged and dispatched from our hub in Dallas, US.

🚚 Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after the 1-2 business day processing period. Ideal for when you need a balance of speed and value.

🎁 Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 USD via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after processing. Perfect for the savvy shopper building her timeless collection.

Note: Free shipping is not available to some remote regions and parts of Asia. Your cart will reflect the most accurate options at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We are proud to bring our designs to a global audience. We ship worldwide, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. Please use our checkout system to confirm delivery availability to your specific location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey directly to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If an item isn’t perfect, you may initiate a return within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
